The aim of this in-service training in spiritual FiBS-Pedagogy is to teach and instruct children according to these principles so that they can develop into responsible, exemplary personalities.

The innovative FiBS-Pedagogy emphasizes on teaching ethical and spiritual values, awareness and personality development, loving, mindful and respectful interaction in the community, ways to achieve heart-to-heart communication, silence exercises and meditation.
The spiritual FiBS-Pedagogy is based on years of practical experience with kids and young people and can be put into practice quickly and concretely and passed on to the pupils in an authentic way.
This results in a significant improvement in learning effectiveness, self-esteem and social behavior, as well as independent learning and action. By implementing the FiBS-Pedagogy, the atmosphere at school, in kindergarten and at home becomes more harmonious and loving through peaceful coexistence. Pupils’ concentration and attentiveness improve and mindfulness, respect and appreciation of others can be felt in daily interactions.

The FiBS-Pedagogy education comprises a total of six seminar days and two training days.
The contents of the six modules:
Modul 1:
FiBS-philosophy, awareness building and
spirituality, strengthening and improving
self-esteem and self-confidence. Harmony
for body, mind and soul through concentration
exercises, stillness and meditation.
Modul 2:
Ethical-spiritual education, respect,
mindfulness, non-violence, truthfulness,
gratitude, contentment, love for all life,
selfless service, health-conscious nutrition,
power of thoughts.
Modul 3:
Realizing an anxiety-free and stress-free
teaching by overcoming fear reducing,
dealing with aggression, heart-to-heart-communication,
non-violent conflict resolution strategies, peace work.
Modul 4:
Brain-oriented learning taking into
account the different learning styles
– visually, auditory, tactual, kinesthetic
and the preferred brain hemisphere.
Modul 5:
Dealing with emotions, self-acceptance,
emotional competence according to the
model of transaction analysis – supported
by a set of FiBS-emotion-cards.
Modul 6:
Analysis of addiction, addiction
prevention and ways to heal children’s
hearts. Repetition and consolidation
of the module content.
To support the training and as a reference book, each participant receives a textbook of approx. 60 pages per module – with many practical examples.
After completing all six FiBS modules, the two training days and submitting a final report, participants receive a certificate as a “FiBS-Educator”.
