FiBS-Association for innovative awareness-raising and spirituality is a non-profit organization.
Sieglinde Mühlberger – born 1940 – founder of the FiBS-Association has over 30 years of long term pedagogical experience with children, young people, teachers, educators and parents through the following activities:
- As a result of one teaching unit each with concentration exercises, silence exercises and meditation at 8 primary and secondary schools in the province of Salzburg from 1996-1999, at intervals of 14 days, many of the pupils were able to concentrate better, demonstrably performed better in lessons and in their hobbies, and had less stress and anxiety.
- Education in spiritual FiBS-Pedagogy in Austria, Germany, Switzerland and Hungary for 446 teachers, pedagogues, religious education teachers and educators at elementary schools, secondary schools, high schools, agricultural schools and kindergartens – 85 of these participants received a certificate as a “FiBS-Educator” after submitting a final report.
- Parent workshops took place for 245 parents.
- 350 lectures at national and international level on FiBS-Pedagogy.
- Impulse day at schools, institutions and the Lower Austrian provincial government
- Ten FiBS learning camps, each lasting one week, for 537 children and young people between the ages of 6 and 16 from Austria and Germany from 2004 to 2011 at an agricultural school with boarding facilities in Lower Austria.
